About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead our global engineering teams in the development of cutting-edge automotive projects. As a key member of our organization, you will drive program execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Model setup Tools: HyperMesh / ANSA

- Preparation of component / subsystem / full vehicle level FE model (meshing, connections, assembly, integration, load case setup) and experience in handling
- include files
- FE model checks
- Mass balancing checks

Simulations Tools Abaqus (Standard), Nastran, Optistruct, nCode, FEM-FAT, FESafe

- Linear and Non-linear static analysis for stiffness, strength, rigidity evaluation
- Fatigue analysis for evaluation of damage criteria and life prediction (S-N / E-N methods)
- Test vs FEA correlation




- Valuable in resolving convergence issues and results interpretation and validation
- Optimization studies
- Design suggestions in geometry
- Material modifications like grade change or type of material

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Mechanical/Automobile
- 12+years of experience in CAE domain and project/program management
- Proven experience in the automotive domain
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-site global programs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments
