Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Solar EPC, rooftop solar, commercial & industrial

solar projects.

Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, Google campaigns, WhatsApp

marketing, email marketing and other channels.

Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Create engaging marketing content including videos, reels, brochures, presentations and project

case studies.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase enquiries and conversions.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into business opportunities.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.

Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead and customer databases.

Track marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates and campaign ROI.

Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors and internal teams for marketing activities.

Support exhibitions, client meetings, corporate events and other promotional activities.

Build strong brand awareness and establish the company as a trusted solar EPC solutions provider.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.

Required Skills:





Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of digital and social media marketing.

Lead generation and campaign management experience.

Content creation and copywriting skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.

Good understanding of CRM and marketing analytics.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related

field.

2-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Construction or a

related industry.

Candidates with proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing will be preferred.
