Job Description:
Generate and drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct and channel sales.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers and customers.
Handle the sales process from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Candidates with experience in LAP/Mortgage/Secured Lending preferred.
