Job Title: Medical Billing Executive Charge Entry (RCM)

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals in Charge Entry within the Medical Billing (RCM) process. The candidate will be responsible for accurate posting of payments and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and enter charges from patient encounters into the billing system (e.g., eClinicalWorks, etc.)
- Ensure all CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes are correctly applied according to documentation
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information before charge posting
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or missing information before billing
- Work with coding and AR teams to resolve issues related to billing or rejections
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards as per company policy
- Ensure timely completion of daily charge entry tasks
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient data

Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Charge Entry (US Healthcare)

Note: Only candidates with relevant Medical Billing / Charge Entry experience will be considered.
