Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management:
- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Develop and maintain provisioning workflows and rules.
- Application Onboarding:
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and JDBC connectors.
- Configure and customize connectors for various target systems.
- Rule & Policy Development:
- Write and maintain BeanShell scripts for rules, policies, and workflows.
- Implement custom logic for identity attributes, provisioning, and access control.
- Campaign Management:
- Launch and manage access certification campaigns.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely completion.
- Aggregation & Synchronization:
- Configure and manage aggregation jobs for identity data collection.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Investigate and resolve request failures, provisioning errors, and workflow issues.
- Provide support for approval processes and escalation paths.
- Documentation & Collaboration:
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, scripts, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and application owners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Robust proficiency in BeanShell scripting and Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and database integrations.
- Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Governance.
- Familiarity with campaign management, certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex provisioning and workflow issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SailPoint IIQ Certification.
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and security compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
