Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle admission inquiries, guide prospective students, and convert leads into confirmed admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to explain course details clearly to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to college admissions.
- Contact prospective students and parents from provided lead databases.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and facilities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM or admission database.
- Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions,



or online meetings with admission counselors.
- Assist in achieving admission targets through consistent follow-ups.
- Respond to inquiries from website forms, social media leads, and advertisement campaigns.
- Maintain a skilled and friendly approach during all student interactions.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Ability to convince and guide students/parents regarding career choices.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, CRM, email, etc.).
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
