Job Description

A leading NBFC is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage and monitor regulatory and statutory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor RBI guidelines and regulatory circulars and ensure timely implementation.
- Advise process owners on regulatory requirements and compliance timelines.
- Review new proposals, partner tie-ups, processes and policy changes from a compliance perspective.
- Prepare and review compliance policies and documentation.
- Advise the Board and Board Committees on RBI compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns to RBI and other applicable regulators.
- Support RBI audits,



regulatory inspections and compliance reviews.
- Identify compliance gaps, assess risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of compliance observations.

Requirements

- 4 -7 years of relevant experience in Regulatory / RBI Compliance.
- CA / CMA / CS / Legal / MBA or relevant graduate qualification.
- Hands-on RBI Compliance experience is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of RBI regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
