Role & responsibilities

- Administer and support Infor LN (Baan V) and Infor OS environments, including ION Desk, IDM, and ION API.
- Manage installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance of Infor LN/Baan V applications and tools.
- Configure and maintain system parameters to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform user administration, access management, role assignments, and security governance.
- Troubleshoot application issues, job failures, system performance concerns, and user incidents through root cause analysis.
- Support DEM, Job Management, Device Management, and Audit Management activities.
- Manage SLM licensing, compliance monitoring, and interface license administration.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LNUI environments.
- Develop and support integrations using ION and C4WS.
- Execute Production-to-Test data refresh activities with validation and data consistency checks.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Perl, PowerShell, Shell Scripting.
- Collaborate with Linux, Database, Infrastructure, and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Support batch processing, workload scheduling, and job management activities.
- Manage Infor Barcode device and user configurations.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Local Disaster Recovery (LDR) planning and testing.
