Job Description: HR Team Leader BPO Recruitment

Role Overview

As the HR Team Leader for BPO Hiring, you will lead a dynamic team of recruiters to meet the high-volume, fast-paced staffing demands of our outsourcing operations. You will balance strategic planning (forecasting, pipeline building, and stakeholder management) with hands-on leadership to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets are met without compromising on candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Performance: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters. Track daily metrics (e.g., resumes screened, interviews conducted, offers extended) and drive the team to hit aggressive headcount targets.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job portals, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and third-party vendors.
- Stakeholder Management:



Partner closely with BPO Operations Managers and Client Delivery Leads to understand specific campaign requirements, ramp-up schedules, and skill profiles.
- Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline the recruitment workflowfrom initial screening and voice/accent assessments to final HR interviews and documentationto reduce Time-to-Hire.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards. Analyze hiring funnels, offer-acceptance ratios, and early attrition data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure 100% compliance with background verification (BGV) processes and seamlessly transition selected candidates to the onboarding and training teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role within a BPO or volume-hiring workplace.
