Required Skills
- Must have CNC machine electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience with Siemens, FANUC, and Mitsubishi CNC.
- Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Robodrill.
- Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Machine geometry checking and correction.
- Axis alignment and machine levelling.
- Ball bar test and analysis.
- Ball screw replacement and troubleshooting.
- Spindle assembly, dismantling, and troubleshooting.
- Servo motor and servo drive troubleshooting.
- PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of DG sets.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of Air Compressor, HVAC, Chiller, AHU, Air Dryer, VCB, and ACB.
- Effective spare planning, PM and predictive maintenance planning & Execution.
Mandatory Requirement:
Robust CNC machine maintenance background with hands-on troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
