Aziro is looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product judgment, meaningful AI fluency, and experience building products in financial services or a closely related domain.

You will own a product area end-to-end, from market and customer discovery through roadmap planning, delivery, launch, and performance measurement. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, go-to-market teams, and client stakeholders to ensure that products solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value.

This role is designed for a product manager who uses AI as a core part of their daily workflow to accelerate research, improve decisions, create prototypes, and raise the quality of product execution.

This is a remote, India-based position supporting a US-based product organization. The role reports to Aziros product or delivery leadership and works closely with the client’s Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

- Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors, users, buyers, and emerging trends through customer interviews, data analysis, and structured feedback loops.
- Own and evolve a 6-12 month product roadmap, including priorities, dependencies, delivery progress, and changing customer or business needs.
- Translate customer needs, stakeholder input, and market insights into transparent product initiatives, epics, requirements, and user stories.
- Define and track product KPIs related to customer adoption, retention, engagement, revenue, and overall product health.
- Measure whether released features deliver the intended customer and business value, and use those findings to guide future product decisions.
- Lead products and major features from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
- Bring clear analysis, recommendations, and a defensible point of view to roadmap, planning, and stakeholder discussions.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership to align product vision, positioning, priorities, and execution.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and run focused experiments to validate new ideas quickly.
- Guide Product Owners, Business Analysts, and junior Product Managers on prioritization, backlog management, user-story quality, and product execution.
- Step into Product Owner responsibilities when needed to maintain delivery momentum.

AI-Native Product Execution

- Use AI tools as core components of the product management workflow rather than as occasional productivity tools.

- Executive and stakeholder communication

- Use prototypes to test product direction with customers and stakeholders before committing significant engineering resources.
- Apply strong product judgment to validate AI-generated outputs, identify limitations, and determine where human analysis and decision-making remain essential.
- Share effective AI workflows and practices with the broader product and delivery teams.

Financial Services Domain

- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s financial products, customer journeys, operating environment, and business model.
- Translate financial-services customer needs into product priorities with measurable business outcomes.
- Understand how product decisions may affect areas such as:Customer onboarding
- Payments and transactions
- Account servicing
- Risk and compliance
- Data security and privacy
- Revenue and pricing
- Customer retention
- Operational efficiency
- Work effectively with financial-services subject matter experts, business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams.
- Identify churn risks, deal blockers, customer pain points, and expansion opportunities and convert them into actionable product priorities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, product engineering, or technology services, including at least 4 years in product management.
- Proven experience owning a product or major product area from discovery through launch and ongoing performance measurement.
- Experience building and managing a 6–12 month product roadmap.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable customer and business outcomes, including adoption, retention, revenue, efficiency, or customer satisfaction.
- Meaningful experience using AI tools in product management. Candidates should be able to explain:How AI has changed their workflow

- Candidates without direct financial-services experience must demonstrate strong subject-matter expertise or substantial experience building products for regulated or transaction-intensive industries.
- Strong understanding of customer discovery, market analysis, product positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong business and revenue fluency, including the ability to connect product priorities to:Customer adoption

- Experience mentoring or guiding Product Owners, Business Analysts, junior Product Managers, or similar team members.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, delivery planning, and process improvement.
- Ability to present product recommendations, trade-offs, and decisions to executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong working understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, networks, software architecture, and data flows.
- Strong experience with Jira and product documentation practices.
- Experience working with US-based stakeholders and distributed engineering teams is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a technology services or client-facing consulting environment is preferred.
