Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of policy administration processes and systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques such as BRD/FSD creation.
