About the Role

Placement Point Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to bridge the gap between training and career opportunities by preparing job-ready candidates and connecting them with leading IT companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies hiring for SAP, Data Science, AI, and other IT streams.
- Coordinate with training teams to match candidates with suitable job openings.
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career direction.
- Maintain accurate placement records and achieve placement targets.
- Build strong corporate connections and drive placement activities.




- CROs (Career Relationship Officers) with proven placement records are highly preferred.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).
- Experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
- Strong network in SAP hiring (FICO, MM, PP, ABAP, SCM, HCM, etc.) and the IT market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred

- CRO (Career Relationship Officer) experience highly preferred.
- Fluency in English & Tamil.
- Experience in SAP / IT Placement.
- Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn outreach.
