Role & responsibilities

Role & Experience

- Sr. Graphic/Creative Designer
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment handling national and international clients
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion/video work across multiple industries

Core Creative Skills

- Strong conceptual and visual design sense layout, typography, color theory, branding
- Ability to design across formats: social media creatives, digital ads, banners, brochures, packaging, presentations
- Video editing and short-form content creation (reels, ads, brand videos)
- Basic motion graphics / animation capability
- Understanding of platform-specific creative specs (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Ability to adapt creative for both national and international audience sensibilities

Technical / Software Proficiency

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe InDesign (for print/brochure layouts)
- Canva (for quick-turnaround requests)
- Figma or Adobe XD (preferred, if involved in any UI/creative mockups)
- CapCut or similar (for quick social-first video edits, if needed)
- AI image/video Gen using any tool





Team Coordination & Project Management

- Experience coordinating with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to align creative with campaign briefs
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience taking client/stakeholder feedback and iterating quickly
- Ability to guide or mentor junior designers/interns (if applicable to team structure)

Soft Skills

- Strong communication skills to present and defend creative ideas
- Time management and prioritization under tight deadlines
- Adaptability across brand tones/industries (since clients span national + international)
- Attention to detail and consistency in brand guidelines adherence

Positive to Have

- Basic understanding of branding/marketing strategy
- Prior experience with international client servicing (Cultural nuances)
