Role & responsibilities
- Operations: Manage daily opening/closing, speed of service, and adherence to brand standards.
- Team Leadership: train, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Financials: Manage P&L;, control food and labour costs, and drive sales growth.
- Inventory: Order supplies, manage stock levels, and minimize waste/pilferage.
- Customer Service: Resolve complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Maintain strict food safety (FSSAI/Health Dept), hygiene, and fire safety standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in MNC QSR Brands with Graduation
