Responsibilities

1. Perform accurate outpatient and multi-specialty surgery coding.
2. Complete coding audits with high quality and accuracy.
3. Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
4. Follow project SOPs and compliance guidelines.
5. Maintain productivity and clarification logs.
6. Perform Auditing of the codes
7. Collaborate with Managers and Team Leads for coding clarifications.

Requirements

1. CPC or CCS certification (CPMA or equivalent coding certification also considered).
2. 5+ years of overall medical coding experience.
3.



Strong experience in outpatient surgery coding and Auditing.
4. Experience in multi-specialty surgery coding, including IVR and General Surgery.
5. Life Science or Paramedical degree.
6. Auditing and denial management experience is a plus.
