Bells N Rings Matrimony & Events is a matrimonial service focused on helping individuals and families find suitable matrimonial alliances. We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Customer Care Executives / Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team.

The role involves interacting with prospective brides, grooms and their families, understanding their matrimonial preferences, explaining our services and membership plans, generating and converting leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and registered members.
- Handle inbound enquiries from prospective brides, grooms and their families.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and expectations regarding matrimonial alliances.
- Explain Bells N Rings matrimonial services, membership plans, features and advantages clearly.
- Identify suitable service offerings based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads through calling and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into paid memberships/service subscriptions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until conversion.
- Assist customers in understanding the matrimonial platform/process and available services.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication while dealing with individuals and families.




- Handle customer queries and concerns patiently and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, memberships and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, conversion and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage continued engagement with the service.
- Coordinate with the Matrimony, Sales, Customer Support and Operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial information.
- Follow company policies, calling procedures, quality standards and ethical practices.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
- Hindi or other regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong listening, convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with individuals and families.
- Customer-oriented and service-focused approach.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software applications.
- Ability to maintain proper follow-ups and customer records.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
