Role & responsibilities

- Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- The role focuses on driving conversions, improving customer experience, and implementing sales best practices on the floor.
- The Team Lead acts as the bridge between the frontline sales representatives and the management team to ensure consistent performance and goal alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Performance: Lead by example in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure conversion goals are met. Motivate and energize team members to maintain high productivity levels.
- Team Support & Coaching: Provide on-floor guidance, sales tips, and support during customer interactions.
- Conduct quick huddles and refreshers to share updates, scripts, or offers.
- Identify training needs and share feedback with the sales manager for skill development.
- Customer Focus: Ensure team members follow customer-centric selling approaches.




- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Track customer satisfaction and feedback to improve the overall experience.
- Sales Process & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely entry of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM.
- Track daily metrics such as leads handled, conversion ratio, and revenue generated.
- Share performance insights, challenges, and recommendations with the sales manager.
- Collaboration & Execution: Support the implementation of current sales campaigns, offers, and strategies. Maintain team discipline, adherence to process, and positive team morale
- KPI : Team sales achievement vs. target Conversion rate improvement Lead follow-up and closure rate Customer satisfaction or NPS Team attendance, adherence, and engagement
