- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Employee Central, Absence Management, and Time Management.
- Develop and maintain payroll processes using SAP Payroll, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM and Payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM and Payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other systems.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
- Robust knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with SAP HCM tools such as Employee Central, Absence Management, and Time Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
