We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager to manage contracts, vendors, and commercial aspects of turnkey projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors for civil, interiors, modular, MEP, and finishing works.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, work orders, and sub-contract agreements
- Handle BOQs, rate analysis, variations, and claims
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material and subcontractor finalization
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Evaluate and certify running bills (RA bills) of vendors and subcontractors
- Handle change orders, amendments, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal project teams to resolve procurement and contractual issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements,



and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, budgets, and MIS for management.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in the construction / interiors / fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, tendering, and rate analysis
- Robust negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
