Role Summary

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented and highly experienced Project Leader to lead the complete lifecycle of major projects from concept, feasibility and planning through engineering, procurement, construction, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute multiple large-scale projects within time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
- Drive project planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Take complete ownership of project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, risks and delays with a strong execution focus.
- Manage consultants, EPC contractors, vendors and other key stakeholders.
- Drive cost optimisation, value engineering and commercial control.




- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and create a strong ownership and execution-driven culture.
- Handle senior management and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure successful project completion, commissioning and handover.

- 20 to 30 years of proven project experience with robust exposure to large and complex projects.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within aggressive timelines.
- Strong technical, commercial, contractual and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
- Highly hands-on, aggressive, result-oriented and execution-driven.
- Experience in handling large teams, contractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
