The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the pricing domain, along with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, VBA, and BI tools. The candidate will work closely with Pricing, Business, IT, Analytics teams, and global stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely pricing insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver pricing analytics, reports, dashboards, and automation projects within defined timelines.
- Analyze pricing performance, margins, volumes, pricing KPIs, and competitive positioning.
- Support pricing initiatives including price optimization, price corridors, margin analysis, and performance tracking.
- Work with pricing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and data-quality issues.
- Develop, maintain, and stabilize Python-based pricing automation and analytical workflows.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze pricing data from multiple sources.
- Identify root causes of pricing data and automation issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Incorta, or equivalent tools.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned pricing deliverables, including issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Business, IT, and Analytics teams on pricing models, tools, and dashboards.




- Translate complex analytical and technical information into clear business insights.
- Document pricing logic, assumptions, calculations, fixes, and process improvements.

Required Skills

- 36 years of experience in Pricing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience in the Pricing domain.
- Good understanding of pricing KPIs and pricing concepts, including:
- Supplier Pricing
- Customer Pricing
- Commercial Pricing
- E-commerce Pricing
- Margin & Price Performance
- Price Optimization
- Pricing Corridors

- Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, debugging, and workflow stabilization.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with VBA automation is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Incorta, or equivalent BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with business/global stakeholders.

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
