Job Summary

Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. (MJIPL) is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to manage and develop the assigned territory in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG General Trade (GT), distributor management, territory sales, and market expansion.

Candidates with experience in the Tea, Beverage, or Food industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors and strengthen channel partnerships.
- Expand market coverage and increase outlet productivity.
- Drive sales growth and strengthen the market presence of Saraswati Tea and Lalpan Tea.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Implement trade promotions and sales initiatives effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans within the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile

- 4–9 years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in General Trade (GT).
- Proven experience in distributor handling and territory management.
- Good understanding of retail sales and market development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to drive business growth.
