Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies
- Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs
- Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support
- Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
- Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business
- Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies
- Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform
- Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues
- Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed

Requirements :

- Min 7 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
- Solid experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, FSC or Insurance domain
- Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming




- You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions
- Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- You are team-centric but able to work autonomously
- You have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
