Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with solid handson expertise in automation framework creation using Java and Selenium. The candidate should be proficient in designing robust, scalable automation solutions and have strong knowledge of SQL and test automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
- Enhance existing frameworks for scalability, reusability, and performance
- Implement datadriven, keyworddriven, or hybrid automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit)
- Develop reusable automation libraries and utilities
Test Automation Execution
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases
- Analyze test requirements and convert them into automated scripts
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Debug automation failures and provide root cause analysis
Database & Backend Validation
- Perform backend testing using SQL queries
- Validate data integrity between UI, APIs, and databases
- Create complex SQL queries for test validation
- Strong SQL skills for backend/DB validations
