- Hands-on experience in BMC Remedy 9X, SmartIT and DWP.
- Lead and manage BMC Remedy ITSM projects •
- Solution Design and implementation of required integrations with the BMC Remedy Action Request System
- Development Experience in all ITSM Modules like Change, Incident, Problem, Work Order, SRM, and SLM.
- Experience in Installation of ARS, Atrium Core, ITSM, SRM, SLM, DWP, Smart IT and Smart reporting and Remedy SSO
- Valuable-to-Have •
- Good Knowledge of CMDB and Good understating of discovery tool ADDM
- Good Knowledge in the architecture of foundation and Asset data. Good Knowledge in the SRM with Advance Interface form concepts. • Good Knowledge in Smart Reporting to provide report solutions based on views and custom formulas
