Role & responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day *Production Planning & Control (PPC)* activities.

* Prepare and monitor daily production plans based on customer requirements.

* Monitor *Stamping / Press Shop production* and ensure daily production targets are achieved.

* Coordinate with *Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores and PPC* teams.

* Ensure availability of *raw materials, tools, dies and manpower* as per the production plan.

* Track *Plan vs. Actual Production* and identify production delays.

* Monitor production output, machine utilization, downtime, rejection and rework.

* Follow up on material movement and production schedules to avoid line stoppage.

* Prepare and maintain *daily production reports, MIS and production records*.

* Support inventory and material planning activities.

* Coordinate with the shop floor to improve productivity and production efficiency.

* Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.

* Ensure compliance with *SOP, 5S, safety and quality requirements*
