Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems related to CRM implementation using ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications with MS Dynamics CX platform.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in developing customizations for MS Dynamics CX/CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and ability to work in an agile workplace.
- Proficiency in Power Platform development including AI Builder, Model-driven apps, etc.
