Job Description Architect

Position: Architect navalur
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design and technical issues.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the required quality and timeline standards.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
