Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor End of Line testing operations for electric vehicles, including functional checks, diagnostics, and validation of vehicle systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Conduct electrical system diagnostics
- Perform vehicle-level functional tests braking, lights, indicators, infotainment, safety systems, and regulatory requirements. Especially Roll brake test, Wheel Alignment, Head lamp aiming and Shower test.
- Monitor and calibrate EOL testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for failures identified at EOL and coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for resolution.
- Ensure process adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- Prepare and maintain daily test reports, defect logs, and quality documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, rework, and test failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling high-voltage systems
