- Job Summary:
- 5+ years in product ownership or delivery-focused roles within enterprise software and experience managing configuration for Coveo, or another related search platform. (Coveo preferred) • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering • Experience working with stakeholders for search platforms to implement best practices. • Excellent communication skills • Experience in Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and translating complex AI requirements into clear user stories. • Experience with Cross-team collaboration and the ability to align developers, designers, and managers. • Deep understanding of SaaS, e-commerce product discovery, or customer service ecosystems (like Salesforce and SAP).
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog, transforming high-level search and AI strategies into explicit user stories for development. • Work closely with agile engineering teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to deliver search features on time. • Acts as the primary bridge between business executives, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product vision. • Establishes clear acceptance criteria for new search interfaces, indexing pipelines, and analytics dashboards. • Collaborates on product documentation and training to support internal teams during new feature rollouts.
