Position: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Maldives 5 Star Hotel / Luxury Resort

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: USD 400 per month
- Service Charge: Average USD 600 per month (in addition to salary)
- Total Average Monthly Earnings: Around USD 1,000 per month
- Food: Provided free by the company
- Accommodation: Provided free by the company

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests with exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Set up and maintain dining tables according to 5-star hotel standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the restaurant at all times.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel service standards and food safety procedures.





Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5 Star Hotel or Luxury Resort is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive and qualified attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication is required.
