- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure successful project delivery in line with agreed timelines and expectations.
- Effectively manage time-zone differences between India and Japan to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Take ownership of timely project delivery while maintaining the agreed budget and quality standards.
- Provide robust leadership and build a high-performing, long-term development team to support the companys growth.
- Be willing to travel when required to meet team members and customers, strengthen team relationships, and build a strong collaborative culture.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of AI-based products and services within a startup environment.
- Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication between customers and development teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in product-based or IT services companies.
- Strong experience in managing customers, understanding their requirements, and effectively aligning development teams with customer expectations.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to AI-based software development is preferred.
- Good understanding and awareness of current AI technologies, tools, and development trends.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing remote development teams and delivering projects with high quality and within agreed timelines.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Japanese customers or Japanese companies is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a startup environment with the ability to take ownership and work across multiple responsibilities is highly desirable.
