Business Analyst with Manufacturing experience for client engagement. The preferred location is Hyderabad or Gurgaon. Should have 6+ years of experience.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Manufacturing industry expertise to support client engagement initiatives and drive business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management within manufacturing environments.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, production planning, and digital transformation initiatives. They will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze business needs, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate manufacturing and quality requirements into functional specifications.
- Document business processes,



user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder workshops.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against defined business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business SMEs, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5-10 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and/or quality operations environments.
- Robust expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Exposure to Life Sciences, including Deviation Management or CAPA processes, is preferred.
