Job description:

- Configure and maintain IT hardware and software including Desktops, Servers Managed Switches, Firewalls & Routers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, and other peripherals.
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.




- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware issues.
- Maintaining the records of IT inventory software and hardware peripherals up to date.
- Solid working knowledge of Operating systems Windows 10, and above latest Operating Systems, Windows server 2016, 2019, iMac, and above other systems.
- Basic Networking capabilities that include knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, and Servers.

Timings: Should be flexible to work in rotational shift. Based on the requirement shift timings may change.
