- Manage civil, interiors, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting works.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring and closure.

2. Design Manager - Exp 10 - 15 yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design development for new store projects.
- Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP and interior designs.
- Review drawings, layouts and design specifications.

3. MEP Engineer - Exp 12 - 14 yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MEP execution for retail stores and facilities.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and related services.
- Review MEP drawings and specifications.

4. Cluster Projects Manager - Exp 10 - 12 yrs

Key Responsibilities





- Manage multiple stores/projects within an assigned cluster or region.
- Plan and execute current-store openings, renovations and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, interiors and other MEP activities.
- Track project milestones, budgets and contractor performance.

5. Purchase & BOQ Coordinator - Exp 3 - 4 yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQs for retail projects.
- Support project estimation and cost planning.
- Validate quantities, specifications and rates.
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement and vendors.
