Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Experience: 2-5 Team handling exp. required

Budget : Upto 8.5 LPA+ inc.

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

- Identify & acquire new customers for Home Loan products.
- Generate business through:
- Direct sales (DSA / connectors / open market)
- Existing customer referrals
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
- Conduct customer profiling and understand financing needs.
- Source & screen loan applications ensuring complete documentation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations & legal teams for loan processing.
- Maintain healthy relationships with builders, channel partners, and financial intermediaries.




- Drive productivity & ensure conversion of sourced leads.
- Track competitor activities & market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all audit, risk & regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

- Robust product knowledge of Home Loans / LAP preferred.
- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Strong market & customer network.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle field activity & meet sales targets.
