Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Review architectural, structural, Construction drawings, Tenders, BOQ provided by consultants during Project cycle
- Project Schedule preparation, Budgeting, BOQ, Tender preparation for various type of Civil works related to expansion, repairs, modernisation works in existing Infrastructures
- Manage projects from site,



supervise civil construction activities and provide technical advice as a civil subject matter expert.
- Maintain and interpret site drawings, topographical drawings and construction drawings.
- Civil work execution, Supervision as per the construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordination with Purchase team for issuing Purchase order, solving any issues with Contractors, Venders
- Maintain test certificates, quality assurance documentation, & prepare progress reports.
- Scouting of Civil Contractors, Consultants and doing pre/post Contractor evaluation for Induction and performance evaluation.
- Civil work measurements, Billing, Certification related to Contractor billing
- Initial setting up Site office for greenfield projects, and perform Liasoning works with Statutory Authorities, concerned departments as required
- Project site Documentation related to Statutory, Health & Safety requirements for Civil work execution.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports/Trackers, MIS, Review meeting with internal and external stake holders for effective Civil work implementation in a time bound manner
- Health & Safety Training, Toolbox talk, Job specific training to Contract workmen during Project stage. Prepare risk assessments for high-risk jobs and supervise such activities following the same.
