Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their business needs and provide tailored solutions for working capital requirements.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit underwriting, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations for clients' growth initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in commercial banking, SME banking, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of business banking products and services including cash flow management, trade finance, and lending options.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and small medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Proven track record in generating revenue through cross-selling multiple products across various industries.
