Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases and employee referrals.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and achieve hiring targets.

- Any Graduate from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition internship experience are preferred.
- Comfortable making recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.

13,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
With HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Internship Experience
15,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
