Role & responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support and drive the Corporate Finance function for ALD entities by effectively managing financing activities, credit ratings, financial planning, financial modelling, project finance monitoring, and strategic funding initiatives.

- Track demand notices and calculate interest and principal obligations.
- Obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely debt servicing.
- Submit No-Default Statements to Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs).
- Share loan outstanding updates with management and stakeholders.
- Authenticate debt outstanding balances on the NESL portal.
- Monitor financial covenant compliance and prepare compliance trackers

- Provide occupancy and operational updates for secured assets.
- Share details of new lease/license agreements and tenancy changes with lenders.
- Coordinate lender due diligence activities and support CA certifications.
- Provide data, financial information, and supporting documents for reviews.
- Annually
- Submit compliance documents including audited financial statements, auditor reports, insurance renewals, ROC filings, RBI Annexures, UFCE certificates, and other lender requirements.




- Coordinate asset valuation exercises across subsidiaries.
- Manage annual lender and CRA site visits.
- Lead end-to-end credit rating exercises across all ALD subsidiaries.
- Prepare and submit annual and quarterly information packages.
- Manage management discussions and presentations during rating reviews.
- Track rating timelines and ensure uninterrupted rating coverage.
- Support rating upgrades through proactive engagement and data analysis.
- Preparation and consolidation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for ALD entities.
- Coordinate with business and finance teams on key assumptions, projections and variance analysis.
- Prepare business forecasts and periodic financial projections.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for:
- Project finance
- Construction finance
- Refinancing transactions
- Business valuation
- Investment evaluation
- Debt capacity assessment
- Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario testing, NPV, IRR and DSCR analysis.
- Evaluate financing structures and optimize debt-equity ratio.
- Prepare financial analysis for management and lender discussions.
- Support debt fundraising and refinancing transactions.
- Prepare lender teasers, information memoranda, and financing presentations.
- Analyze and compare lender term sheets.
- Assist in negotiating financing terms and documentation.
- Coordinate legal, technical, valuation,



and lender due diligence activities.
- Support debt restructuring and strategic financing initiatives.
- Monitor project cost, equity infusion, and debt drawdowns.
- Prepare detailed drawdown workings and utilization statements.
- Coordinate issuance of CA-certified End Use Certificates.
- Prepare and reconcile Cost Incurred Certificates.
- Track project cash flows and funding requirements.
- Coordinate lender engineer visits and project progress reporting.
- Prepare management reports on project funding status and utilization.
- Process payments relating to lenders, trustees, legal counsel, auditors, consultants, valuers, and rating agencies.
- Obtain quotations and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Ensure compliance with Delegation of Power (DOP) requirements.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding through SAP Ariba.
- Validate invoices and coordinate timely processing and payment.
- Liaise with SSC and payment teams for closure.
- Manage relationships with lenders, trustees, CRAs, legal counsel, consultants, auditors, valuers, and internal teams.
- Support internal and external audits through timely data submission.
- Prepare periodic Corporate Finance MIS for management review.
- Maintain consolidated debt and compliance trackers.
- Provide regular updates on financing obligations, covenant compliance, refinancing initiatives, and project funding status.

Preferred candidate profile

B. Com, Commerce, MBA (6 to 10) Years of experience post qualification

- Relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Fundraising & Treasury related activities. Equity, JVS, Mergers
- Excel Proficiency: Macro programing
- Financial Modelling
- Valuable Oral & Written Communication skills
