About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience to own and lead our planning and analytics solutions. This role is a hybrid position combining high-level development, model architecture, and operational leadership across our enterprise planning workspaces

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical business planning cycles (monthly forecasting and annual business planning), technical tenant migrations, and integration governance. You will act as the principal bridge between business stakeholders and backend data warehouse teams (BW) to ensure a high-performing, secure, and scalable planning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Solution Architecture: Lead the design and configuration of complex SAC data models, multi-actions, and stories across multiple workspaces. Cover both driver-tree and entity-based planning logics
- Cycle Governance & Execution: Oversee and coordinate the technical execution of time-critical business cycles, including monthly forecasting (FC) and annual business planning (BP) runs.
- Tenant & Migration Leadership: Plan and execute complex tenant activities, specifically driving tenant-to-tenant migrations (e.g., legacy environments to unified global platforms) and system carve-outs.
- Integration & Connectivity Design:



Architect and govern robust live/import connections between SAC and SAP BW via Data Provisioning Agents, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Security & Access Governance: Standardize and implement enterprise-level user access control matrices. Oversee the duplication or automation of security settings using up-to-date workflow tools.
- Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Coordinate directly with the SAP BW development teams, guide business users through UAT, and manage hyper-care support phases for major release cycles.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Professional Experience: 6 to 9 years of deep functional and technical experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, with a proven track record in complex enterprise planning and predictive scenarios.
- Advanced Planning Architecture: Expert knowledge of SAC modeling paradigms, including dimension management, hierarchical setups, and complex driver-tree logic.
- System Migration & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience driving tenant migrations, tenant transport management, and SAC system landscape administration.
- Integration Expertise: Strong design-level understanding of SAC-to-BW data provisioning and connectivity setup.
- Leadership & Lifecycle Management: Proven capability to lead functional teams, manage critical business reporting timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional IT partners.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Automation & Power Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps for workflow and access automation.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Background in automotive financial planning, forecasting models, or working within structured Scrum frameworks.
- Modern SAP Roadmap: Exposure to SAP Joule (AI capabilities) or external BI platforms (e.g., Power BI integration touchpoints).
