Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift DevOps Engineer with strong experience in containerisation, Kubernetes/OpenShift administration, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise-scale container platforms while ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.
- Deploy, configure, and support containerised applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Troubleshoot platform, application, cluster, networking, and deployment issues.
- Perform OpenShift cluster upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
- Implement and manage OpenShift security controls including RBAC, secrets, certificates, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor platform health, logs, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools.
- Collaborate with Development, SRE, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.




- Support production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Manage Helm charts, deployment configurations, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Kubernetes manifests.
