Project Manager:

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer projects and programs across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring predictable delivery, strong customer outcomes, commercial and financial performance and continuous improvement.

The role will be responsible for translating customer objectives into successful delivery while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks and commercial performance.

Beyond delivery execution, the Project Manager will act as a trusted customer partner, proactively identifying customer needs, value-add opportunities and potential expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Customer Success & Delivery Head, Sales and Practice/Capability leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery, Financial & Commercial Excellence

Own end-to-end delivery of projects / programs from sales handover through initiation, planning, execution, tracking/reporting, closure and operational support.

- Strong hands-on experience of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Establish clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, governance and success criteria.
- Own delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks.
- Ensure agreed SoW / Change Requests are in place before commencing additional scope or resources.
- Track actuals, forecasts, revenue, costs and margin throughout the engagement.
- Proactively identify commercial risks, scope leakage, resource gaps and margin erosion.
- Ensure timely timesheet approval, invoicing and resolution of commercial/financial issues.
- Optimise resource utilisation and minimise non-billable time and unnecessary delivery costs.
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly delivery and financial reporting to leadership and customers.
- Ensure effective RAID, dependency and escalation management.
- Ensure effective utilization of tools, processes and delivery methodologies required for the project/program delivery

2. Customer Success, Account Health & Value

- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure delivery creates measurable customer value, not simply completion of contractual deliverables.
- Understand customer business objectives, priorities and success measures.
- Establish and maintain customer success and engagement plans.
- Monitor customer health across delivery, relationship, commercial health, strategic position and risk.




- Conduct regular customer governance meetings, support CSD Head on QBRs and stakeholder reviews.
- Proactively identify customer concerns and address issues before they become escalations.
- Gather and act on customer feedback, including CSAT and qualitative feedback.
- Identify opportunities to create additional business value beyond the core SoW.
- Develop customer advocacy opportunities such as references, testimonials, case studies and webinars.

3. Delivery-Led Growth & Expansion

Actively contribute to growth within existing customer engagements by using delivery and customer insight to identify opportunities.

- Identify potential SoW extensions and renewals.
- Identify opportunities for additional roles, capabilities and delivery teams.
- Understand upcoming customer initiatives and identify where we can add value.
- Identify opportunities across new projects, business units, geographies and capabilities.
- Identify suitable opportunities to evolve engagements from T&M; FP Managed Services / Outcome-led models.
- Work with the CSD Head, Sales and Practice/Capability leaders to shape and qualify opportunities.
- Provide delivery insight, estimates, scope and solution inputs to support proposals and commercial discussions.
- Support Sales during opportunity qualification and solution shaping.

4. People, Talent & Resource Leadership

Lead distributed, multidisciplinary delivery teams and create an environment of high performance, accountability and continuous development.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project/program teams across onsite, nearshore and offshore locations.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants, Architects/Implementation Leads, QA, and other specialists.
- Forecast project/program resource demand and proactively identify resource requirements.
- Support timely hiring, onboarding and deployment of delivery resources.
- Develop project/program team members through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
- Maintain a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.

5. Delivery Capability & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to building a consistent, scalable delivery organisation.

- Apply and continuously improve common delivery methodologies,



governance and tools.
- Promote Agile/Hybrid delivery practices appropriate to the customer and engagement.
- Identify delivery process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
- Use delivery data to improve predictability, productivity and quality.
- Introduce appropriate automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Identify opportunities for reusable assets, templates, accelerators and IP.
- Share lessons learned and best practices across the CSD community.
- Contribute to the development of delivery standards and organizational maturity.
- What You'll Bring

Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Agile Delivery Management in Technology Consulting and Services organizations.
- Proven experience as Project/Program Manager (Scrum Master + Traditional Project/Program Management) in managing complex digital, data & technology implementation, integration or transformation programs
- Experience managing the complete project lifecycle from sales handover through delivery and operational support.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong experience of program/project governance, RAID, dependencies and risk management.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary, distributed and multi-country teams.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, customers, partners and third-party suppliers.
- Strong commercial understanding of T&M;, Fixed Price and Outcome based engagements.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering projects within agreed commercial and delivery parameters. Experience with project estimations, financials, forecasting, margin management, resource planning and change control.
- Proven experience identifying and supporting account growth and expansion opportunities.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships at both operational and executive levels.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Team-oriented leadership and conflict-resolution capability.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage complex situations.

Qualifications

- Recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Agile / Scrum Master certification such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP or equivalent is desirable.
- Prior experience delivering Syndigo, PIM, MDM, Data projects/programs and relevant technology is highly desirable (but not must have).
