Roles and Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements and develop contractual strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to inform contract drafting decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the contracting process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Solid understanding of contract drafting principles, including negotiation techniques and dispute resolution methods.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise language that accurately reflects complex technical information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
