Job Title: Senior Lead Engineer Product Analytics & AI/ML

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Engineer with 5 to 10 years of expertise in advanced AI/ML technologies, automation frameworks, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with solid leadership skills, capable of designing, implementing, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge AI-driven workflows and microservice architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade knowledge systems.
- Enterprise project working experience and strong hands-on in ML
- Architect and optimize workflow automation across diverse business processes.
- Build scalable applications using Python and integrate with Microservices.
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and advanced Tool Calling mechanisms.
- Ensure seamless cloud-based AI deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Drive microservice integration strategies for modular, resilient architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into existing enterprise systems.
- Lead technical teams, providing mentorship and guidance on AI adoption.




- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability in microservice integration and distributed systems.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Tool Calling.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and orchestration tools.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and technical mentoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 to 12 years of professional experience in AI, automation, and cloud technologies.
- Track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
