Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay implementations.
- Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, pay components, budgets, and workflows.
- Handle requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Configure Merit, Bonus, Variable Pay, and Stock compensation plans.
- Manage integrations with EC, SAP HCM/ECC, payroll, and third-party systems.
- Support data migration, compensation uploads, adjustments, and historical data.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and prepare SOP/documentation.
- Provide post-go-live AMS support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and support solution demonstrations.
