Position: Zoho Architect (Infrastructure & Migration Lead)

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hi Tech City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO / Hybrid (3 Days from Office)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Architect with 8+ years of expertise to lead a complex, end-to-end Zoho environment separation and migration program. In this role, you will architect the target-state solution, design the migration strategy, execute cross-instance data and application migrations, and ensure seamless integration with connected systems during a major enterprise merger/acquisition. Instance migration experience is strictly mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and lead the end-to-end Zoho setting separation, tenant consolidation, and migration program.
- Design target-state Zoho architecture ensuring high scalability, enterprise security, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute application, configuration, and data migrations from a source client instance to a merged target instance.
- Assess, redesign, and remediate complex integrations between Zoho and external third-party systems.
- Define robust migration methodologies, risk mitigation frameworks, and cutover plans.




- Collaborate closely with business, infrastructure, and application delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical governance, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot advanced integration/migration challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of total IT experience with extensive specialization in Zoho architecture, platform administration, and migrations.
- Deep mastery of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and broader Zoho ecosystem applications.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale application, configuration, and data migration projects.
- Strong expertise in integration architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system connectivity.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise security principles, and data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and project coordination capabilities.
- Experience in M&A; (Merger and Acquisition) or tenant-to-tenant consolidation projects is strongly preferred.
- Relevant Zoho certifications and enterprise deployment background will be an advantage.
