We are looking for a strong L&D; Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that improve employee skills, performance, leadership capabilities, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs through discussions, surveys, and performance data.
- Design and deliver technical, behavioural, communication, and leadership programs.
- Develop training calendars, learning materials, assessments, and feedback forms.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, business leaders, and external training partners.
- Manage LMS activities, attendance, completion records, and learning dashboards.
- Conduct induction and employee-development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness and present L&D; reports to management.
- Support competency mapping,



succession planning, and career-development initiatives.
- Use AI tools to create learning content, assessments, and personalized learning plans.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in training needs analysis and instructional design.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Robust reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple learning programs independently.
