Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with robust expertise in managing large-scale industrial projects, including e-commerce facilities such as . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and cost control are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all site activities for industrial construction projects.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.

Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Prepare and present project progress reports to management.

Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals.





Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in industrial warehouse/factory projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, industrial building materials, and machinery installation.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera preferred).

Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Industrial warehouse construction (Amazon, Flipkart, logistics hubs)

Manufacturing facility projects

Large-scale industrial sheds and utilities installation
